2022 | LHS Graduate Jordan (Sippel) Lemke with Aberdeen Police Department

Detective Jordan (Sippel) Lemke is this week’s Officer Spotlight. She has been with the APD for almost 10 years. She spent the first 6 ½ years working in the patrol division before moving into investigations. She is second of our two computer forensic investigators.

Besides working investigations, Detective Lemke stays very active as an advisor for the Explorer Program. She is also a negotiator on the Crisis Negotiations Team and a member of the Peer Support Team. Detective Lemke is married with two children.

She was born and raised as a farm girl where she still helps when needed. This is where she developed her love of rodeo, specifically breakaway and team roping. When looking to relax, she enjoys a cup of coffee with a good book.
