2025 | Community Room Remodel

The Langford Community Room recently received a much needed facelift. This consisted of removing the serving counters & windows, installing new flooring & a false-ceiling, then completed with a fresh coat of paint throughout.

The idea was presented and approved by the Langford Board of Trustees in December 2024. The intent of this project was not only to freshen up the Community Room, but to eventually to create a mini museum. Over the past couple of years Town employees have found many “historical” items from years-past, along with acquiring items from gracious Town folks. Langford wanted to create a proper place to display the unique memorabilia.

The Town Board invites everybody to come in and take a look around! If you or your family has anything to be displayed (big or small!), we’d be honored! Every item is tagged with the owner’s name & phone number, and can be retrieved by their owners at any time!

In addition to memorabilia, the Town is also seeking two (2) sturdy side-tables and one (1) large, sturdy table & chair set to be used as a conference table (this could be an old dining room set!).
