2026 | Langford Alumni Chelsea (Tobin) Paulson Joins SD Services for the Deaf

SDSD is thrilled to welcome our newest Outreach Consultant, Chelsea Paulson, on board! She is located in NE South Dakota, and she looks forward to connecting with the team and her new families and schools!

Chelsea Paulson is a graduate of Augustana College, with a bachelors in Deaf Education and Elementary Education, and the University of St. Thomas, with a masters in Curriculum and Instruction with math certification. Chelsea has been teaching Deaf/Hard of Hearing/DeafBlind students for sixteen years in South Dakota, Idaho and Minnesota. Chelsea married her high school sweetheart, Jared Paulson, who is serving as a pastor and a part time IT at Rosholt district. They are actively raising five rambunctious KODAs (kids of deaf adults) from 15 years old to 3 years old. If she is not working, she adores to cook, read books, go biking!
