Hello people of Marshall County, South Dakota and Day County, SD.

Hi. 👋🏼😊 My name is Lauris and I am university student from Latvia. I have successfully got my sales license approved in South Dakota, and introduced myself with Sheriff Swanson and Deputy Owen at Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and Sheriff Schreur at Day County Sheriff’s Office.

I am posting this to give a friendly update to the community that I will be going DOOR to DOOR for the next few weeks helping families with education.😇

Since I go door-to-door it has its reputation, I am trying to be laid back and compliant when meeting families at their doorstep. I will give my best to leave everyone in a good mood. My priority is to treat every family as I wish someone would treat my parents at their doorstep ❤️ SUPER EXCITED🤩🤩🤩

Everybody is super nice and friendly here, thank you for that! Thank you for having me here! 🤩👍

This is my 4th summer in South Dakota helping families with educational resources and I am happy to say I have been able to help over 2200 families during my past summers!

I DO NOT represent or am affiliated with any of the schools. It is my summer internship and this is the way that I get to pay my way through school.

I sell:

1) Study guides and apps that help parents to help kids with NEW Math & other subjects. 📱📚 partners of McGraw Hill.

2) Books and Apps and study guides that help children save time doing schoolwork in High school & test preparation throughout grade 1 till grade 12📱📚 including The Princeton Review’s ACT/SAT prep.

3) Leadership development program for teens.

4)Fun and educational kids learning system from babies till 12yo kids to give them a head start in school. 📱📚

5) Kids Bible books for character building. 📚

When I knock on your door, then know that I have an accent, please do not be intimidated by that. 😉

I drive a silver Toyota Camry with California plates.

The Town has SURPLUS PROPERTY for sale in the Fire Hall — 302 Main Street.

There is no set price on this surplus property, so please make a fair offer

PAYMENTS:

Payments for any purchased items can be left in the Finance Office payment drop box, which is located next door at 306 Main Street. Please leave a small note indicating your item(s) purchased so we know where to designate the funds 🙂

FREE WILL DONATION ITEMS.

There are FREE WILL DONATION ITEMS available in the Langford Fire Hall — 302 Main Street.

  • Decor shelf
  • Box of t-shirts that could be used as painting shirts, misc. holiday craft supplies

2025 | FREE Diaper & Wipe Dispensary in Britton

The First Presbyterian Church in Britton is hosting a diaper & wipe dispensary twice a month; every second and fourth Saturday from 10am to 12pm.

There are NO requirements necessary to obtain the diapers and wipes –

their mission is simply to serve their community as Christ has served us.
